I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I placed a $1,000 deposit on a truck and waited three weeks, only to be told — once the truck arrived — that they wouldn’t honor the deal dealership. They made baseless accusations about us being scammers, which was both offensive and unprofessional. I was ready to pay $10,000 over sticker, yet the way they handled the negotiation and cancellation showed no respect for the customer. I still haven’t received my deposit back. I do not recommend doing business here — look elsewhere. I’m not the first customer with this issue and won’t be the last try to buy a car from somebody else. Johnny in sales was amazing for his money or team and the owner. Don’t want to be on this busines anymore, the way they treat me I feel like our money wasn’t relevant to this transaction by myself I’m calling and emailing Toyota to file a complaint because this is not the right way to do business in this country.
