Good deal, nice people. Just takes too long. I wish there was an indifferent recommendation choice. Nothing special at Scott Clark Toyota. Not going to tell people they should not do business with them but certainly aren't going to give a ringing endorsement. Makes very little sense to me why the finance part takes so much time. Had to wait for over an hour to get into finance office. Agreed to the deal on a Monday after a test drive on Sunday.. Agreed to pick up my new purchase the next Monday. They knew I was coming. Got to the dealership around 12:30 and didn't leave til after 3. Nothing tricky about my deal. I have a great credit score, I had all my documents including title to my trade, registration, insurance card. My trade was completely cleared out before I got to the dealership so no switching personal effects issues. In fact, I filled out a credit app online sent to me via email from my sales rep and when I got to the dealership had to hand write a paper app? It's not just Scott Clark Toyota that has this issue. I only have had 1 quick check out experience. Why are dealerships so bad at the check out part? Should have been done in 30 minutes. I had things to do. More
