My overall experience with this dealership was pretty good. My only 2 complaints is there should be a limited warranty or if not service included with the used vehicle and little more attention to detai good. I walked in a little unsure of what specific model I wanted to purchase. From the beginning, Johnnie was extremely helpful and insightful. He had asked questions beforehand to get a feel for what featur wanted to purchase. From the beginning, Johnnie was extremely helpful and insightful. Once a decision was made, the paperwork was extremely East to work through with Johnnie and the rest of the Audi Cary team’s help. The process was about as seamless as I could imagine. Johnnie was awesome. He was very patient with me, it takes a lot to deal with me and he never showed any frustration. He was on it. I could hit him up at anytime and he would respond he would have the car ready. If anyone is looking for a car they should definitely call Johnnie!
