Comfortable I am 75, purchased many cars over the years, most recently driving BMWs, a Cadillac and Mercedes. This is my first Audi and will not be my last. It I am 75, purchased many cars over the years, most recently driving BMWs, a Cadillac and Mercedes. This is my first Audi and will not be my last. It excels in all categories. I met many of the staff during my time there but worked primarily with Johnnie Richards, Sales Representative. I had spoken with him by telephone the previous day sharing my needs in a vehicle. He was informed and I immediately felt comfortable speaking with him. When I arrived the following day, he had the SUV ready for our test drive. My Mercedes was taken for Appraisal while we were testing driving the Q5, Premium Plus, 2019. Once I drove the Q5, I was sold. The necessary paperwork was completed with Johnnie, Mr Hugh Bodenstine met with me to finalize the transaction. He too was knowledgeable and friendly and that was it. I drove to Pinehurst relaxed and enjoying my quite, smooth ride. More

Phenomenal Service, Guidance and Expertise! I visited the Cary Auto Dealership for yet ANOTHER service to my 2014 Audi Q7, which I purchased at Carmax less than 2 years ago. This time, the AC h I visited the Cary Auto Dealership for yet ANOTHER service to my 2014 Audi Q7, which I purchased at Carmax less than 2 years ago. This time, the AC had quit working on me. I had been driving around without air for nearly 2 weeks. I was fed up. My plan was to get the AC fixed and take it back to Carmax to see what they would give me for it and buy something else, but since I was already at the Audi dealership and have done business there for years, I decided to see what they could do for me first. I talked to the Sales Manager, Ed Vaughan, and explained what my predicament was and how I DID NOT want a car payment. I just wanted to trade the 2014 in and get something else that was equitable but newer that wouldn’t give me as much trouble as the Q7 I was driving. He said he understood and paired me up with Audi Brand Specialist, Johnnie Richards. Johnnie immediately pulled up three Q5s for me that he thought would work for me and we discussed each option. The first option seemed out of my price range so I immediately dismissed it. The other two seemed reasonable, so I entertained them as possibilities. We went outside to take a look at them. Neither of the two low-mileage Q5s in my price range turned out to be acceptable to me for different reasons, so we revisited the third that I had originally dismissed. This particular Audi had recently been significantly marked down in price, and Johnnie explained to me that with my trade-in, I’d be in a positive equity position if I purchased the vehicle. I never really thought about it that way. I was so busy worrying about having a car note that I wasn’t thinking about my equity position or the protection of a having a car warranty. I’m a Realtor, so I Drive for a living. I’m also a single mom, so I need reliable transportation. I was so happy Johnnie took the time to explain those points to me. To wrap up my day at Audi, Hugh Bodenstine, the Audi Business Manager, brought it all home by helping me make smart decisions on my add-ons. Believe it or not, those decisions are nearly as hard as choosing the vehicle itself because it requires you to “guess” about the future and then monetize. But what I really like and respect about Hugh (and everyone else at the Cary Audi Dealership) is he’s NOT a high-pressure salesman. He let me come to my own decision and allowed me the time I needed to make that decision. He answered my questions honestly and was very professional & Compassionate about my circumstances. All in all, it was the best car buying experience I have ever had! More

Very Professional atmosphere! I called and inquired about a used Audi A5 that I ran across on the internet. Salesman Johnnie Richards answered the call and answered all the questio I called and inquired about a used Audi A5 that I ran across on the internet. Salesman Johnnie Richards answered the call and answered all the questions I had. We set a time (coming from out of town) for my wife and I to test drive the car and the next morning at the scheduled time, the car was out front and Johnnie was there with a pleasant and professional greeting. We drove the car and all my questions were answered. We financed and purchased the vehicle in a very timely manner and the entire experience was extremely positive. Easiest car buying experience ever! The salesman (Johnnie) was very so polite and very knowledgeable about my Audi Q7. I would recommend Anyone to go to see Johnnie. Finance manage Gene was nice and there was no pressure to purchase any extra insurance or other extras. This was the best experience we have ever had in purchasing a vehicle and we LOVE our Q7. We will definitely be back. More
