If you have any follow-up questions after you purchase your vehicle, good luck reaching them. They took three months to answer basic questions I had and provide me with a rebate check I was promised for my plane ticket. Bottom line is to avoid Mark Kia even if the sticker price is slightly lower - you will end up paying for it in other ways. More
