I bought through Auto Trader, trusting the posting, the Car Fax, the pictures, & most importantly the people who served me! Lindsey Perry responded as soon as I hit send on my inquiry. Follow up was amazing. Brad White supported her to get to most incredible Finance Manager I have ever worked with Juan Rodriguez! He texted me on process, worked out minor details. His amazing service after the sale is just phenomenal. Johnny Borboa sales manager was incredibly helpful after delivery for the final details in transition. As I'm moving to the Scottsdale area and interested in leasing a KIA Hybrid, I reached out via internet with a full explanation of my interests, asks and situation. Instead of simply answering my question leasing a KIA Hybrid, I reached out via internet with a full explanation of my interests, asks and situation. Instead of simply answering my question on current lease specials for a KIA Hybrid, I kept getting emails on buying their most expensive models on the lot and why Mark KIA was so great from sleazeball salesperson Ethan Shannon. In frustration, I reached out to General Manager Joshua Spenser who then just blew me off with NO RESPONSE. To the OWNER of MARK Kia, if this is what you get from a qualified, interested and ready customer, what do you get after you give you our hard earned money. No thanks, there are better dealers out there that value your business and treat you right. Stay away from these hack salesman left over from the 80's. More

Mark Kia gave me top dollar for my trade. The dealership was clean and had a awesome view of the mountains.
