Johnny asked all the right questions for her to decide which car was best for her. He was personable and took his time that made her very comfortable to ask questions. He carefully went over all the processes in the lease to ensure she understood what she was agreeing to. I recall there was one form that he went over until she understood it. On delivery, he spent time in the car, setting up features and explaining the options. Couldn't ask for a better experience. I would certainly recommend Johnny and the entire team that worked with us. Quick and easy, you couldn't ask for a better experience and their coffee is excellent!
