Outstanding service support provided by Alicia from the time I dropped the car off until it was finished. The AI provided by “Pam” was totally worthless as was the webpage for scheduling an appointment!! I time I dropped the car off until it was finished. The AI provided by “Pam” was totally worthless as was the webpage for scheduling an appointment!! I was totally unable to get an appointment inside 3 months. Tried multiple times to no avail. Only way to get an appointment is to call a service advisor. More
