The service has always been decent except for one time when they didn't tighten my lug nuts up after rotating my tires I bought the service package which includes tire rotation they have made me pay for i when they didn't tighten my lug nuts up after rotating my tires I bought the service package which includes tire rotation they have made me pay for it every time thank God for Eddie in the service department he figured it out and work a deal with me he is an awesome service department employee he deserves to advance . When I had a complaint Eddie called in the service director I believe the guy above Eddie and he pretty much laughed in my wife and I's face he's terrible at his job and I personally don't ever want to talk to him again I will keep my complaints with Eddie he knows how to handle people and he's always smiling and helpful he deserves a raise because without him I would have went somewhere else thanks Eddie for the great customer service .
