When I had a complaint Eddie called in the service director I believe the guy above Eddie and he pretty much laughed in my wife and I's face he's terrible at his job and I personally don't ever want to talk to him again I will keep my complaints with Eddie he knows how to handle people and he's always smiling and helpful he deserves a raise because without him I would have went somewhere else thanks Eddie for the great customer service .
