More like chatting with a longtime friend than buying a car. My lease was nearly up and I was dreading replacing my car....having to deal with pushy salespeople, the haggling, the head-games, all the double-talk My lease was nearly up and I was dreading replacing my car....having to deal with pushy salespeople, the haggling, the head-games, all the double-talk and empty promises......I wanted no part of it. I'd been looking online at used cars for months, at many different locations, procrastinating the inevitable and then one day I decided I would stop by Foley Motorsports on my lunch break. I had the great fortune that the first person I met was Zee Avakian and from our first greeting, I was completely put at ease and forgot I was there to buy a car and felt more like I was catching up with a longtime friend. Given that I had a short amount of time while on my lunch break, Zee was very accommodating, getting the couple cars I was interested in, brought forward and ready for a test drive. There was never any pressure, allowing me to focus on the cars I came in to view. I was so comfortable with the experience and with Zee, that I bought the car right then! My experience only continued to get better.....I was able to pick up the car the next day, thanks to their expertise in navigating the processes and getting the car registered and all the other tasks that can bog down taking delivery. There were a couple of follow up tasks we had agreed upon when I bought the car and Zee followed through and took care of everything he said he would, keeping me up to date with emails and always available to answer any questions I had. I've stopped back at Foley a couple of times for incidentals and each time it's been a fantastic experience. I absolutely love my new car and this experience has completely changed my attitude towards buying a car and I look forward to my next purchase! More
