In general the sale person was I bought a 2015 BMW 328i x drive wagon from Foley Motorsport. I had an average to good experience with this dealership. In general the sale person was nice. However I want to point out that my sales rep did not properly advice me regarding insurance & registration. I drove the car without proper insurance, something that could have easily been avoided had he asked me to call my insurance agent when I was at the dealership. Similar for registration: I needed to have the registration of the vehicle I sold (while the registration for the new vehicle was being processed) and I learnt this via my own research. However he was quite flexible with regards to the sale of my old CRV in that he accepted it without the title (which I did not have on me). I brought the car back for detailing two or so weeks later and was in general happy with the service, It was a pleasure dealing with the manager, Zee as he was very pleasant to talk to. I am however happy go back to the dealership if I find a car in the future that I am interested in, More

Haig had extensive knowledge on my vehicle and answered all of my questions. My new car received a full in depth check (including 4 new OEM tires and brakes) before I picked it up just two days later. I would always see high quality cars on Foley's lot whenever I would drive by. I am very happy to say their customer service even exceeds the quality of their cars. More

Beyond expectations.. Excellent used car purchase experience! After being unexpectedly thrust into the unenviable task of searching for a new (used) car (a specific SUV really) after a multi-day, on-line search I After being unexpectedly thrust into the unenviable task of searching for a new (used) car (a specific SUV really) after a multi-day, on-line search I found myself over at Foley Motorsports (FMS) in Shrewsbury, MA. I connected w Rob Deters there, an obvious car guy w a similar passion for my preferred vehicle, a Jeep. Since my wife thinks the Wrangler looks like a kids car (despite my suggestion it looks like a G-wagon) I wanted a mint & loaded Grand Cherokee. The one I had my eye on at FMS fit the bill. I was pleasantly surprised to learn FMS had already went through it (w oil change, tires, brakes, filters, etc.) so all I needed was a sticker after they registered it (they got the sticker for me too). Rob helped answer all my questions (the ones he didn't know off hand he got back w me that same day), saw to it the vehicle was delivered when promised & had it looking great! He even had gas in it so I could cruise home without that delay. Usually that would be the end of a review but I had a post delivery question & Rob was just as attentive then. Well done Rob! Given my experience in Dec 2016, I felt I got a perfect car at a fair price (THX Zee). They also arranged some financing (quick, painless & competitive; THX Jon). That said, I would not hesitate to shop there again (they had many other nice vehicles) or recommend friends give Rob a call to help find their next car... More
