For a dealer that soes not sell Jeeps, Greg was more than knowledgeable on The Jeep series. His laid back approach is the way I like to be treated when buying a car and he made it easy for me to make a decision. Zee, the manager, stepped in when Greg had a personal emergency and it was seamless. Jon in finance sailed me thru approval and secured me excellent rate. I live over an hour away from Shrewsbury and it was worth the two trips up there to work with Greg and his team. I plan to come back next time I need a car and want it to be painless. More

Greg Ostrander answered the phone on Sunday and took it from there. He patiently showed us the SUVs, supplied us with paperwork, and was absolutely no pressure to make a decision quickly. However, we did. We called the following day (his day off) and he took care of everything. Picked up the Expedition on Tuesday. We could not be happier.
