Professional, no pressure buying experience I contacted Haig Avakian as soon as the two newly listed BMW X3 appeared on cars.com. As the cars had literally just arrive there were no images onli I contacted Haig Avakian as soon as the two newly listed BMW X3 appeared on cars.com. As the cars had literally just arrive there were no images online - within minutes of my call Haig texted a set of images and we arranged a test drive later that day. When we arrived the cars were out front, ready to go, no sales BS, no waiting while the rep keyed your details into their system. Initial pricing was above our budget but Haig and his Sales Manager, Zee worked with us to make the deal happen. I was a bit apprehensive buying a BMW from other than a BMW dealership, as I have done in the past, but these guys are just as professional. Car condition on pickup was immaculate and my wife is very happy with her new car. More

Foley appears to be a well-run organization, people are happy and relaxed, there there was no hard sell tactics. Good cars, good people! I traveled up to Foley from Rhode Island to test out a specific 2013 Audi Allroad found on cars.com. Rob D had the car out front waiting for me. Aft I traveled up to Foley from Rhode Island to test out a specific 2013 Audi Allroad found on cars.com. Rob D had the car out front waiting for me. After I performed a painfully long inspection out in the cold (Rob was very patient) we took a ride. As a former mechanic at Foley, Rob was incredibly knowledgable about the car. Zee checked on how much the Foley was into the vehicle for and dropped the price $500. I never felt pressured, despite the fact that the dealership was closing for the night. Rob and Zee were actually accommodating enough to let me take the car on an overnight test drive. I returned the next day and finalized the deal. Rob and Zee stayed firm on the price, but agreed to fix several cosmetic blemishes on the vehicle and even replaced several tires which was above and beyond what we negotiated. Everything occurred in a timely manner and I felt everyone involved was helpful and straightforward. I would definitely return to Foley for future purchases and the only factor that may hinder my returning for maintenance on a regular basis is the 3 hour round trip commute. More
