From the moment I contacted Jon he went above and beyond to answer any questions I had, including sending photos of various items on the car not covered in the listing. Jon was extremely communicative and diligent which helped streamline the buying process. When I drove in from 6.5 hrs away the car was immaculately detailed and all the paperwork was ready to go. Jon is passionate about automobiles and has an in-depth knowledge of vehicles beyond what his dealership has in inventory. He is an honest, friendly, easy-going, and straightforward salesman and I highly recommend doing business with him and RBM of Alpharetta. I appreciate that he followed up after my long drive home to ensure I arrived safely.
