My wife and I had an excellent experience with Jon Lee and RBM of Alpharetta! Jon was highly knowledgeable about the GLS we were reviewing and could give us insight into where it performed better than sim and RBM of Alpharetta! Jon was highly knowledgeable about the GLS we were reviewing and could give us insight into where it performed better than similar vehicles in the same class from BMW. It was my wife's first new car after moving to the area, and he did a great job of making us feel comfortable while being transparent about the process and pricing. In addition, Rachel was excellent to work with and gave us all the time we needed to discuss privately while deciding on financials and signing the documents. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience, which exceeded our overall expectations on this large purchase. When we buy another vehicle, we will ensure Jon is our first call! More
