The customer service at this dealership is unmatched. It started a couple weekends ago when I was interested in a vehicle. I knew what I wanted and what price range I wanted to stay within. They called me after an online inquiry, I let them know my range, and I went in that afternoon to make the purchase. Everything was SO QUICK and easy with them and the process as very much no xx. Everything from test driving to financing.. the experience took less than 3 hours and they were truly the nicest people. I would 100% do business with them again and highly recommend working with Jon in sales and Oral in financing. Another guy, Pat, came over to chat briefly while Jon was taking care of some paperwork and he was super personable as well. I also had an interaction with Paula in the service department and she was incredibly helpful and kind, too. Rick is the manager and we communicated at one point and he was clearly the kind of guy who cares about his customers. More

This place was my first experience buying a new car and I wasn't displeased. Everyone I met there worked with me and didn't make me feel like I was just another nameless buyer they could pawn a junker off to wasn't displeased.
