For me, buying a new car has usually been a bad experience. Sitting for hours, multiple checks with other staff, etc. The deal I made for trading in my 2019 Accord Touring Hybrid for a 2025 versi experience. Sitting for hours, multiple checks with other staff, etc. The deal I made for trading in my 2019 Accord Touring Hybrid for a 2025 version was good. Getting there was a awkward as the initial sales representative I worked with the week before neglected to share critical information with the sales person I ended up working with for the deal (the handoff between them was face to face). That part of the experience made me feel the original sales person didn't respect me as an individual or as a customer. Curtleigh and Jon did a great job of recovering for their colleague and helped me drive away in a new car within my target range for cost. And they accomplished it in a reasonable time frame. Thank you. More
