The first visit, the alternator quit and I had my car towed there. The car sat for 10 days before they brought it into the shop. The second time my car had to again be towed and this time it sat for another week. Finally, you brought it in and said it's an alternator, that will be $670.00 thank you. I paid to have it towed to another shop and had it fixed for half that. Sorry, but I won't be back! More

Dealership was very professional . . service was not that complicated but still took approximately 2 hours. Also i think a 10.00 coupon is not worth much if the service costis . service was not that complicated but still took approximately 2 hours. Also i think a 10.00 coupon is not worth much if the service costis above 150.00 dollars: we are happy with the service we have received. this year so far in 9 months we have had major body work done 1700.00 worth and 2 service calls costing approximately. 900.00 dollars. we are both on a fixed income.
