I cannot even reach the service center when I call, most of the time. Wait times are horrific. Until my last appointment you had the rudest people working in this department. I have been a Columbia customer for 20 years and always had a good experience. This time the service reps were rude, unfamiliar with their own processes, I was denied a " complimentary" maintenance service had a good experience. Wonderful dealership ! The people are friendly and trustworthy and they treat you with respect. Janie is a specific example of this. The customer service reps are always very friendly. I waited on my car and the experience was enjoyable between the wait time and amenities at the dealership. My one issue is that on my last 3 visits, I waited on my car and the experience was enjoyable between the wait time and amenities at the dealership. My one issue is that on my last 3 visits, the maintenance tech said my tires were in the orange, and should be replaced soon. But on this visit they’re magically in the green with at least half of their life left. I was fully prepared to receive quotes for new tires. I just don’t like the inconsistency. More
