I consider my job to be a problem solver for my customers. I work to find the right vehicle to meet your needs and satisfy your preferences. I value your time and do all I can to avoid wasting it. I am here to make the car-buying process as quick and easy as possible. When I'm not at work I'm probably with my wife and four kids who are growing far too fast. A few hours per week I'm in my home shop pretending to be a machinist, metal fabricator, and woodworker. My philosophy in these hobbies is to make the most with the resources available, and people are often impressed by how much I can fit and make use of in a small workshop. I take that same approach in helping families find the vehicle they need, often surprising them by how much "more car" they are able to afford than they previously believed. I hate the car sales stereotype as much as you do, and it is my goal to change that image one happy family at a time.

I ordered a Denali 3500 Black Diamond Edition and said, multiple times, I want the towing package installed. When I arrived to sign the paperwork and pick up the truck, the towing package was not installed multiple times, I want the towing package installed. When I arrived to sign the paperwork and pick up the truck, the towing package was not installed. If there wasn't a shortage happening and I didn't buy a new fifth wheel before picking up the truck I would have walked away. Still upset I had to have an aftermarket installed. More
