We had the best experience working with Jon. He was considerate, and helpful. We needed a bit more for our trade-in value and he worked with his people to get a wholesaler to purchase our car ge He was considerate, and helpful. We needed a bit more for our trade-in value and he worked with his people to get a wholesaler to purchase our car getting us another 1K. We added Jon as a contact and hope we can work together again, if we ever need a new vehicle. It was frankly fun to spend the morning at WRT. They have a well stocked lounge, which helped my hungry kid weather the time it took to complete the sale. More

We actually went in to White River Toyota looking for the sales person we had before to find out he moved up to finance, Hannah stepped up and asked if she could help us instead, we were hesitant and like sales person we had before to find out he moved up to finance, Hannah stepped up and asked if she could help us instead, we were hesitant and like anyone else, don't like change, but we gave her a shot. We looked around and they didn't have what exactly we wanted. Wife and I told her if we find something we will let her know and went on our way. We decided on and 2023 highlander in black , we called Hannah, gave her the specs, and it was ordered. Along the way the wife wanted to see a ruby flare pearl in person, so she goes to another dealership and looked at one. The salesman there was not respectful and the wife doesn't put up with that so we called Hannah back up and told her what happened and Hannah was more than happy to accommodate our wants, so she put in the request to cancel the black highlander and ordered us a ruby flare pearl!! Bottom line, Hannah is down to earth, treats people with respect, and honestly we will be back there to buy another from Hannah, hoping she is still there when we trade again. Thanks again More

I was in a pinch before traveling for a 2 week vacation. I came in 15 minutes before closing and looking for some help with a tonneau cover for the back of my truck and needed assistance immediately.
