Most Sales people experienced. Polite staff. Not aggressive. Great service area. this is my third vehicle purchased over 4 years. On previous occasions, our salespeople went out of Polite staff. On previous occasions, our salespeople went out of their way to make the sale work when I requested rubber mats and needed advice on banking, etc... they know how to be creative.. This salesman was excellent in his mannerisms but I felt he could use more training in this area. We are happy with our vehicle. I would like to see a little more bartering for upgrades such as hitches floor mats and accessories. wanted to purchase seat covers for our new car but all you sell is seat towels so had to order elsewhere. Promo items like Nissan key chains and such would be great. More
