Popped in today in the Express Lane with my 2019 Dodge Challenger for my first time in need of an oil change. I think I am going to like this place better then the dealer that I go to on the South Shore. Challenger for my first time in need of an oil change. I got my oil changed, he mentioned the rear brakes pass inspection but will probably need to be done at the next oil change and said to keep an eye on rear tires for dry-rot (I changed the front tires on the fall.) Best dealership hands down! After 3yrs & 5 dealerships REFUSED TO do the 3 air bag recalls on my 2008 Dodge Charger and totally disrespected me, EAST HILLS DODGE ACED IT! 5 dea After 3yrs & 5 dealerships REFUSED TO do the 3 air bag recalls on my 2008 Dodge Charger and totally disrespected me, EAST HILLS DODGE ACED IT! 5 dealers said....My car is too old for the dealership, we don't service your car, you didn't but it here, it's gonna take up to 3 weeks to do the recall repair and take it to another dealer! These other dealerships (Bayside Dodge, Garden City Dodge, Security Dodge, Westbury Dodge, cant remember the last one) were rude, inconsiderate and flat out nasty! EAST HILLS DODGE TOOK MY CAR RIGHT AWAY AND FIXED ALL 3 AIR BAG RECALLS IN UNDER 2 HOURS AS PROMISED!!!!! If I decide to buy a new Charger it will be from East Hills Dodge! The staff was respectful, friendly and most of all experienced. Thank you East Hills Dodge, thank you very, very, very much! More

I visited East Hills Jeep on 11/2/2023 to have a defective idler pulley replaced on my 2014 Cherokee. The work needed was related to TSB 07-002-15 rev.a, to correct a very loud noise at the time of defective idler pulley replaced on my 2014 Cherokee. The work needed was related to TSB 07-002-15 rev.a, to correct a very loud noise at the time of engine cold starts. In addition to thanking Service Advisor Michael Casey for his assistance in scheduling my appointment, and for working with Elias Malzone in setting up a loaner car, I also want to thank Danny Son for coordinating all the repair work involved when Mike Casey was out of the office. On yet another day when Mr. Son was off, the ever attentive John Piansky kept me up to date on my repair status, and had me made aware regarding parts on order. Before I forget, please also thank Elias for walking me very quickly through the vehicle loaner process. He had me back on the road in a loaner in a flash. His only delay was is checking the tire pressures before allowing me to take the vehicle on the road. In closing this well deserved five star review, I also want to thank service desk employee Jade Joyner for her courtesy and attentiveness as well. You have an exceptional and very professional supporting staff at East Hills, and their exemplary efforts toward customer satisfaction requires my recognition and thanks. It is always a pleasure visiting old friends at East Hills. Thank you all. More

I went to this service center after struggling with other dealer service center fixing the service engine light about a year, which kept getting back and asking unreasonable fixing cost without resolving the dealer service center fixing the service engine light about a year, which kept getting back and asking unreasonable fixing cost without resolving the issue. As a last resort, I went to East Hills service center and Jon really help me out explaining the reasons for what causes the issue and why it keeps coming back. I had to visit there more than 3 times but the issue is resolved. People go to the dealer service center although fees are expensive than the local repair shop because we want to get proper explanation and guranteed services, not because they fix the car better than the local shop, and Jon really meet my expectation. Thank you Jon! You really help me manage the stressful situation. : ) More
