Tire blowout I had one of my tires blowout as as was on my way home from the city. I put the spare on and called the dealership. I spoke with Jon Piansky who told me my tire was covered due to the wheel and tire protection I bought that I totally forgot about. He ordered the tire for me and had it the next day. When I got to the dealership the next day, he had my car in and fixed very quickly. You gotta love these guys! More

I brought my Jeep in for service on Saturday, Turn around time for repairs was 1 day. Jon took great care of me as I live in Brooklyn. Later that afternoon, Steve the Sales Manager called and provided the cost, which was quite reasonable and later honored when I visited the showroom with Frank Bachard to leave the deposit for the vehicle. The entire experience was stress free! No haggling!! It is for these reasons that I've remained loyal to East Hills Jeep for more than a decade. I'd recommend them without hesitation. Their service department is also excellent. I've worked with Michael Casey, Jon Piansky and Chris McEntee. It's also nice to see the owner, Oliver Brodlieb while in their excellent Customer Waiting Area! He's a real gentleman. All of these attributes are refreshing and the folks are professional. More

Jon saved the day. I thought I had a major issue with my Dodge and immediately called Jon. Jon figured this out over the phone but I insisted he look at it.
