As always, everyone was friendly, helpful and courteous when I brought my car in to be serviced, My car was covered from being parked under a tree and one of the men in the service department (I believe it when I brought my car in to be serviced, My car was covered from being parked under a tree and one of the men in the service department (I believe it was Jon Shapiro) hosed it off for me even though they no longer wash cars as part of servicing a car.
