Working with this dealership is always a very pleasant experience. The sales agents and the service departments do a great job of listening to you and helping you to achieve your purchase and/or service n experience. Jon T was great to deal with as we worked on making a car purchase. He was helpful, knew his business, and was efficient in working with me. He even called me up the next day to make sure the new car we drove home was in good operating order. He made sure to let us know we could contact him at any time if we had questions. He was super to deal with as was Kevin W, the finance person who was very helpful in getting us settled on that area. The employees in this dealership are calm, helpful, and never pushy which is why we keep coming back and buying our next car from them! More

Decent selection of vehicles but lots of issues with the dealership following through on agreed purchase terms and loan APR. They said we could only put money down with a credit card and then didn’t allow i dealership following through on agreed purchase terms and loan APR. They said we could only put money down with a credit card and then didn’t allow it. Said we would get a 3.5% rate and then didn’t. It ended up costing me a few hundred dollars in interest waiting for a refinance opportunity. Overall not happy with the salesperson follow through. More

The salesman was arrogant during negotiations now non responsive after the sale. Where’s my Luther discount card that was advertised and promised.
