I went to Chapman to sell my 2014 Ford Explorer and to purchase another vehicle. While I was there with my friend, she decided she wanted to sell her tiny 2017 Kia. So she too sold them her car and purcha purchase another vehicle. While I was there with my friend, she decided she wanted to sell her tiny 2017 Kia. So she too sold them her car and purchased a 2019 Ford Escape! Ronny was our salesman for all dealings and he was very kind, considerate and patient. He has a very positive disposition and appears to truly care for the customers and their needs. Chapman is truly BLESSED to have an employee like him. They are a great bunch of people! More

Good experience It was hard to get excited for my new vehicle when our salesman was sent home on a Saturday . Then we arranged to pick up the vehicle the following Tuesday. However, we were told that we had to wait until Wednesday because our salesman's day off was Tuesday. Customer service?
