Service visits have been prompt and personnel professional. Two issues where didn’t rotate tires but said they had. Didn’t provide a multi point inspection sheet. Took to Goodyear and they found the issue and fixed with no noise. More

I scheduled a recall appointment and when I made to my appt after 35 minutes of driving and 30 minutes of waiting, I was told that they don’t have the parts to replaced the recall part needs to be fixed. appt after 35 minutes of driving and 30 minutes of waiting, I was told that they don’t have the parts to replaced the recall part needs to be fixed. They didn’t offer to re schedule me nor a call to follow up on the issue when I was told that they will once the parts are in. It’s been almost a month and still no words from the service department. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2014 and I am very disappointed in how I was treated. More

I was told my vehicle needed all the head gaskets replaced and it would cost $4300. I took the car to my mechanic and the radiator just needed replace for $1400.
