I dropped my vehicle off on Monday and was told that the part would take 2 days to be delivered. I had very difficult time getting someone to answer their phone on wednesday. I finally got Richard to call me back only to be told that Jonathan B. and the tech never ordered the part on monday. Richard ordered the part on wednesday overnight. I finally got my vehicle back on Thursday afternoon. I have never had this kind on experience with any of my vehicles. Your phone system needs an upgrade. More
