When receiving my vehicle back, the mechanic/employee who drove my vehicle had no gloves or mask on. Because of the rise of the pandemic, this put my vehicle at risk of getting my car contaminated with the C drove my vehicle had no gloves or mask on. In addition, this puts me and my family at risk and makes me question the importance and how serious the dealership are handling this matter. Horrible experience! THESE PEOPLE ARE THIVES and SCAM ARTIST! DO NOT GO! 1. They had an internet price and when we drove to se the car they said that the price didn’t include maintenance fees and a BUCH ARTIST! DO NOT GO! 1. They had an internet price and when we drove to se the car they said that the price didn’t include maintenance fees and a BUCH of other fees apart of the Dealer fees IT WAS 4,000 dollars of fees ! The employee said that it a TRICK to get customers, they put good offers on the internet to get the customers in store and then when your there they raise the price! We were going to leave and the followed us out of the door and suddenly those fees where now not necessary. We left anyways and they called us telling us that they where willing to make a deal whit us that the car was going to be 18,000 out of the door with all the fees. When we were about to finance the employee did not give me options, the only bank that they say that gave me the finance option had a huge interese rate and I could se that in the computer other banks qualified me for better interest rates. He was not clear and tried to put fees on the buy thinking that I wouldn’t notice, he put the car in 18,901 and when I noticed he said that it might have been a TYPO. At that point we realized that these people are scam artist and thives and we left. IT was a horrible experience, we were too woman and that taught they could fool us! PLEASE DO NOT GO! You are going to get scammed FOR SURE! More

It was ok kept my car overnight which I was ok with that I wish they could have given me a vehicle. Well they said all work done oil, call back on car part, rotate tires signed off all done.
