Great customer service! Loved working with Jenna, Alyssa and Robert. I was also able to speak to the technician Danny, he was very thorough and patient while I told my story. Jenna Gross was the first person I came in contact with, even though it was not her job to do so, she made sure I was taken care of and followed up later when she saw me to make sure all was well. The impression I can away with was that your sales associate was either very unprepared or just didn’t know the processes very well. The Latino manager who came to me to explain my trade in was very associate was either very unprepared or just didn’t know the processes very well. The Latino manager who came to me to explain my trade in was very arrogant and pompous. There were others who were very nice, but overall it wasn’t the service that drove me to buy this truck it was the truck. I truly believe that your staff has to be some of the rudest and unprepared that I’ve ever dealt with. This isn’t the first time I felt this way. If it wasn’t because you’re so close to me I would never attend your dealership. I cringe every time I have to get my oil changed. The only reason I go is because you offer great prices and it’s convenient. FYI you got lucky because I only went for an oil change and if it was t. For the miscellaneous call from your sales rep, I would’ve never bought from You. More
