I have had my 2019 GMC Denali 2500 serviced here multiple times here. I contacted Oliver about this, explained it clearly and asked for them to pay for just the cost of the new front rotors (I would cover the cost of front pads and my wasted time for having to take my truck back in again for service). I was told a very clear no. It's one thing to miss a critical safety item like front brakes in a vehicle inspection, but it's a lot worse to then refuse to rectify the situation when given an option to. I would avoid using them for service at all cost. Go somewhere where people care and stand behind their work. More

Initially my experience was not the best one. However, I was directed to speak to a general manager who went above and beyond to make sure that my wrongs was corrected.
