Ryan is amazing! I came into the store looking to buy, Ryan was the first to greet me and help me get started on what I was looking for. I told him I had time restrictions and he said he would do everything he could to get me out with the timeframe. He was extremely friendly well versed in his knowledge of the vehicles and is the main reason I purchased from Jack Phelan. I just wish I would have had someone like Ryan while I was dealing with the finance department. I asked many questions and was directed to “review the paperwork once we were done” I was told to continue signing even when I was asking questions. I requested to not purchase gap insurance from the dealership, and was told that it was not apart of the purchase. I reviewed the sales doc and I found that the financial service guy added on even after I specifically requested not to have it apart of my purchase. Due to the fact that I pay for gap/loan insurance through my auto insurance provider. When I mentioned that he stated that insurance providers do not offer gap. Still I requested opt out of that option. I also asked if he could bring the price down a bit to make it more affordable and without even asking anyone or looking into it he just said no. More

Excellent and honest service Was looking for a car for about two weeks. Been to multiple dealers and Phelan had the best looking and well maintained cars out of any other deal I'v Was looking for a car for about two weeks. All the other cars I looked had some thing wrong with them that the dealer tried to hide. The smell of smoke, damaged interior, scratches etc. None of this happened with Phelen. Complete and total honesty which is a big rarity with car salesmen. My salesman, Ryan Stogdill, even went as far as to tell me about a minor accident that was not listed on the car fax for the car. Ryan and his manager Seba Nowak worked extremely well with me when discussing price. No bs or hidden fees. They even kicked in a free warranty to seal the deal. More
