What a pleasant experience! ! If I could rate more than a Five I would!! Usually dealing with Car Dealerships is something I dread. But this is the second time we purchased at ! If I could rate more than a Five I would!! Usually dealing with Car Dealerships is something I dread. But this is the second time we purchased at Elkins during the years, both great! Also, Jeff was such a pleasure to work with. We went in looking at a vehicle I saw online. It had, I thought, a tow package on it. Another dealership would have sold us the vehicle "I wanted". But he researched, and had much knowledge, and confirmed it did not and found us one that met our needs!! Also, everyone else we met worked with us to make sure we felt comfortable with the purchase. A Great Team!! More
