I believe they do a great job of caring for your car. How ever I told them I put nitrogen in my tires at Costco. (For 9.99. You can get nitrogen and free pressure checks - more added if need.) They told me at Lexus it’s 65$ each time you go for nitrogen. I told them to just rotate and I’m not put air in tires. Not paying them 65 on top of the 700 for the 35000 mile check up. Also, with out looking they said I need new windshield wipers. Forgot the high price for that. But do not need a special Lexus technician ( which I highly appreciate their knowledge to do other work on my car). To put windshield wipers on or put air in the tires. So listen carefully. But would not let anyone else do engine or technical work on my car. Totally trust them. More
