I left 3 messages for supervisors to call me. Never got a return call. Brought car in for 2 recalls. Work not explained. Waiting room needs more comfortable chairs like the 2 white ones. The overall experience was very good. My recall was resolved and batteries for fobs were replaced. But I’ve had problems with the radio system since we purchased the car on January 2025. My recall was resolved and batteries for fobs were replaced. But I’ve had problems with the radio system since we purchased the car on January 2025. Sometimes the radio with not turn on when I start the car. It takes several minutes and switching the channels before I get a signal. The dealership could not fix it because they didn’t experience it and said to take a video of it when it happens and then bring it in. Not sure what that will do. As I was explaining this to the service person,Roxana,who was great, 3 other people overheard me and said they had the same experience with their Rouges. Hope that this will bring some attention to the matter which can be very frustrating. Thank You. More

We were there because they didn’t tighten caliper from the last visit!!! When we picked the car up after we had to bring it back to be fixed they bent the front license plate. I provided a picture of the the last visit!!! When we picked the car up after we had to bring it back to be fixed they bent the front license plate. I provided a picture of the damage and never heard back! I looked at video at drop off clearly was not bent! Very sloppy work at this dealership! More
