The windshield on my vehicle was cracked while it was being serviced. I called as soon as i got home to report it and told the technician that i would be in the next day as soon as i finished with a doct being serviced. Because i was 40 minutes late into the 24 hour allocated time, even though i reported it within 5 hours , the manager said the dealership was not responsible. I will not trust Nissian dealership again. More
