My purchasing experience was good. But they put their “Dover Chevrolet” license plate frame on my Tesla with the wrong screws and I could not get them out. We had an a great experience at Dover Chevy. We were trading in a Toyota for a newer used truck. From test drive to sale the whole process took very little time and we left happy with a great deal thanks to Anton. The techs who looked over the truck made sure we knew everything about it and assured that the truck will last quite a while. Thank you to Steve the used car manager for working a great trade in deal! More

Sales was very nice to work with; answered all my questions and were knowledgeable of the vehicle. Paperwork for sale went fine and they did not push extra options/warranties. For some reason the vehicle went to service to get prepped after I test drove and purchased it. It took almost an hour and the vehicle looked exactly the same when it came back out; same dirt spots, ran the same, etc. Salesman could’n’t explain what they were doing to it for final prep. Also, I had to return to dealer to get 4 extra tires that were supposed to be included with the sale. More

I could not say better things about this dealership, and the level of transparency, communication, honesty, and professionalism by JT and Steve. My experience was literally the best I’ve had in New Hampshire and possibly the best in New England. They found me a great truck, an honest deal and they followed through on every promise they made. We are usually Jeep, Dodge, Ram people, But next time we’ll check with Dover Chevrolet first. More
