I absolutely hate dealerships, but Dover Chevy made things easy. I very much appreciate no runarounds or shady stuff. I went to Dover Chevy in hopes of finding a vehicle that better suit my needs for my life right now and had more safety features. I had a budget I had to stay on, and had a type of vehicle I was looking for better suit my needs for my life right now and had more safety features. I had a budget I had to stay on, and had a type of vehicle I was looking for. Michael Martin did a wonderful job being honest, staying as close as he could to my budget, and trying to fit all my needs in one vehicle. Very Thankful for him and his team for all their help! Disappointed with the overall experience with this dealership. Poor communication about the condition of the used car I purchased. Was told by salesman and head of service that they would take care of dealership. Poor communication about the condition of the used car I purchased. Was told by salesman and head of service that they would take care of cost of repairs. Did not honor that when the cost of the work was so extensive. The head of service was helpful but has never call back with one outstanding item I asked about. I would never go back to this dealership.. When I tried to contact the salesman, I was told he quit. More
