Much to our surprise it actually arrived early, almost a week before expected. He was very helpful and always answered any questions we had in a timely manner. The whole sales experience was a good one. Dealing with everyone during the new car buying process was very pleasant. We actually only had dealings with Jonathon and Scott in finance. Once again, this dealership is head and shoulders above any other, period. My loved one went to another dealership, and was given the bait and switch routine. I can pick up the phone, and feel like I am talking to a close friend, instead of wondering about ulterior motives. They are honest, have the utmost integrity, and still like to have fun. They got us a better vehicle, at a better price, with no worries about whether or not we would be able to keep the new ride. No pressure from anyone in the building. Management keeps everything organized and rolls out the red carpet. The salesman was trusting and didn't talk down to us, and Dom in finance has the skills of a master.
