I went to shop for a car. I was pressured into putting a $500 payment to "hold" the Jeep on a Saturday. On Monday morning, I called to say I could not buy at that time because I found out what it was going $500 payment to "hold" the Jeep on a Saturday. On Monday morning, I called to say I could not buy at that time because I found out what it was going to cost to remediate mold I had in my house. The person I talked to, Jonathan, said they would put the money back in my account and no problem since less than 24 hours of business had passed. Branhaven then refused to put the payment back into my account. This is poor way to do business and I would NEVER recommend anyone go there. More

After "car shopping" for weeks, we went to Branhaven. I had gone online and saw a car that interested us. We went with the intention of just looking around. When we met Jonathan we were so imp Branhaven. I had gone online and saw a car that interested us. We went with the intention of just looking around. When we met Jonathan we were so impressed with his knowledge of the car, willingness to work within our budget, and especially his no pressure customer service. We have dealt in the past with that type and went into Branhaven expecting much of the same. Did not happen with Jonathan. He was so helpful and friendly and we went away with the feeling that we weren't just another sale. He was interested in our needs and worked to get us the best deal. I've purchased cars in the past and when I've left the dealership I questioned my decision. When we left that day I was so excited and happy about our choice. The next day we went to pick up the car and he was just as wonderful. It wasn't an OK I got the sale...see you later! He was genuinely happy for us. He turned us over to Brandon Campbell for the paperwork and again it was not a bum's rush to get through it. Brandon was great too. When it came time to get in our new car Jonathan walked us out and even took a picture of us with the car. I am so impressed with this car dealership and will tell all my friends if they are ever looking for a car to go to Branhaven. We love our car! Thanks Jonathan Dottie Trufan 2013 Dodge Journey More

Jonathan did a great job for me. He really listened to what I was looking for and was very willing to "make this deal happen". He knew I wanted to make a deal over the phone and did not brush me off as ju what I was looking for and was very willing to "make this deal happen". He knew I wanted to make a deal over the phone and did not brush me off as just a "price shopper". Upper management came back with good price discounts and a willingness to close the deal. They knew I was looking into a few different models and not all of them Chrysler. Jonathan also called me up the following day with a courtesy call and I really appreciated that. Great truck, and the service was top knotch. The transition to the new truck was easy and fast. John took care of everything and was well prepared as well as knowledgeable of the truck. Inquired about a truck through the Internet on Friday night. Got a response email and a phone call from Justin the next day at 9 am. He answered all of my questions. Customer service called a while later to see if I had any other questions. Drove up from Stratford to take a look at some trucks. Jonathon greeted us right as we walked in. He was very pleasant. He showed us the trucks that we were interested in that met our criteria. We took a few of them for a test drive and had as much time to think over our decision with no hassle/no pressure. We then got our truck signed some papers. Great little snack and coffee station inside, hey every little bit made the experience great. Would definitely recommend this dealership. More

The process was awesome. I inquired online. Got a prompt call back from Justin who followed up with me several times. No other dealer who was given my information followed up like Justin. They gave me Dave call back from Justin who followed up with me several times. No other dealer who was given my information followed up like Justin. They gave me Dave Phillips as a sales rep. I found him to be honest and genuine and although new, he went out fo his way to make it comforatable and find answers when I needed them. He returned emails promptly and sometimes after hours. He made the process easy and quick. The no pressure firendly atmosphere that comes from Rob at the top is felt throuhout the dealership. I have bought many cars and this was the best experience I have has, Thanks guys! Rick Bayuk More

After speaking to Jamie on the phone I was kindly invited back after submitting a request for a price quote online. I had first entered Branhaven motors back in 2008 for my Jeep Liberty Sport and was helped back after submitting a request for a price quote online. I had first entered Branhaven motors back in 2008 for my Jeep Liberty Sport and was helped politely and professionally at the time by Duncan who was a sales consultant at the time, now four years later he has assumed the role of sales manager and along with one of his sales consultants Jonathan made be feel like part of a family. As a loyal returning customer Duncan pointed me to Jonathan and said "your in good hands" as the sale progressed and he patiently answered my concerns and questions about the 2012 Jeep Compass latitude (which I inevitably bought) with a level of professionalism and friendliness that is so rare in dealers. Originally offering me a great lease deal on it because of my driving habits and low milage tradein they were going to pay me for my current Liberty and lower my payments significantly. When arriving the next day for the pickup of my Rescue Green Compass an unforeseen issue arose that voided the preexisting lease offer. Understandably disappointed at this point I was convinced I was to walk out compassless, however Business Manager Brandon worked for about 3 hours pulling apps and calling banks along with working to resolve my discrepancy ultimately he was so adamant about finding a working rate he came within 13 dollars of my current payment and I jumped on it. Although a longer day than anticipated I was never pressured, uncomfortable or taken for a ride. The men and women at Branhaven Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge are stand up individuals and appreciate your business, I will absolutely be returning there for more than just my scheduled maintenance. More

On 07-03-12 I purchased a used 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 crew cab. I was told that prior to receiving the vehicle is would be detailed, waxed and given the 125 point inspection being that it was being sold as a cab. I was told that prior to receiving the vehicle is would be detailed, waxed and given the 125 point inspection being that it was being sold as a "certified" vehicle. On 07-05-12 I picked up the vehicle and drove it home. On the way home I noticed that there was an abnormal noise coming from the front end. I returned the vehicle immediately to the dealership and a mechanic was able to go for a ride with me to try and figure out the problem. An attempt was made to fix it. After leaving the dealership I noticed the noise was not fixed but elected to not return until the next day. The next morning another noise was found by me in the front end. I decided to go over the truck thoroughly and found that it was never waxed or detailed like promised. There was grim on the interior center console and dog fur underneath the rear seats. A phone call was placed to the dealership and an email was sent noting my displeasure. I immediately returned the vehicle to the dealership, explained my findings and left the vehicle to be serviced and all problems addressed as they should have been prior to me taking possession of it. It is currently still at the dealership (07-08-12). Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was very nice and very accommodating. My displeasure is that I was promised a vehicle that was supposed to have been given a thorough check and detailing and I was not given it. More
