Purchased a vehicle and felt like I got a great vehicle for price. Was very excited and didn't notice they didn't put gas in truck when I drove off. Also, despite signed paperwork stating they activated satellite radio they did not. Today is day 26 and vehicle already had to go in for service. It's been 5 days and part is still not in. These are the reasons I would not recommend. Other things that did NOT bother me but feel I need to mention is child did walk into room while signing paperwork and sale got pushed back due to all sales they had going on. Again those issues didn't bother me but felt it may bother others so I mentioned it. I did think salesman was great, but should had checked radio and gas before having me come to finalize everything. I understand things go wrong but feel its been long enough waiting for part. It is my 3rd GM vehicle and still trust in their vehicles to purchase another More

Easily the best car buying expierence ive had. My salesman Jonathan was friendly and straight forward. No games were played at all. We discussed my situation in great detail and he worked very hard at coming up with the best solution for my vehicle purchase. He got me the vehicle, financing, and service that I needed to regain my loyalty to the Chrysler brand. I think I was most impressed when I received a personal post card from him today in the mail. They found the car I wanted when my local dealer could not. It was an out of state sale and when the registration was taking longer than anticipated, Jonathan delivered the car to my house.
