Josh was excellent, showed integrity and made the process really smooth. However, after the purchase I had a issue with some of the lighting. After spending almost 50k on a fairly new truck I was disappointed to see that a issue this serious occurred not even 1 day of owning the vehicle. My headlights, tail lights and all exterior lights did not work - which is extremely dangerous and illegal to drive. I attempted to contact the dealer multiple times and spoke with a couple sales managers. They promised to call me back, but never received a call and tried to follow up and all I got was voicemails. I got the issue resolved at a local Ford dealer but the lack of communication from management is disheartening, especially when purchasing a 50k truck in this economy I expected better service. More
