slow to acknowledge customers. I went in fully intending to walk out with a new car, and not one sales person even looked in my direction. Granted, we're on vacation and I was dres I went in fully intending to walk out with a new car, and not one sales person even looked in my direction. Granted, we're on vacation and I was dressed for us to go see the sights, but if that's the reason your sales people "walk right past" a potential sale, it's ridiculous. I will not shop at ANY Ferman dealership EVER! I've already relayed my experience to our relatives in Brandon, and I hope they pass it on. I was not surprised when one of them told me the owner has played an outsized role in trying to eliminate Florida's black bears too! More
