I think you guys could learn a couple of things about customer service... I just bought a brand new SUV at Ferman a couple of months ago. My company has bought over a half a million dollars worth of vehi customer service... I just bought a brand new SUV at Ferman a couple of months ago. My company has bought over a half a million dollars worth of vehicles from Mike Sico at Ferman... You guys made some bad mistakes and failed to inform me of damage to the Vehicle which I didn’t notice... I’m not 100% happy with this deal..... By the way Michael Elgawly is SUPER!!! I’ve bought a lot of automobiles and he is # 1 finance guy EVER. More

My experience was by far the best that i have ever had with purchasing a vehicle. My sales person Phillip Goodpaster was by far the best and most knowledgeable sales person that i have dealt with. He did with purchasing a vehicle. My sales person Phillip Goodpaster was by far the best and most knowledgeable sales person that i have dealt with. He did everything he could for me and really stepped up to the plate with getting my the best possible deal. I will strongly recommend and refer people to Ferman chevy and to deal with Phillip. The only issue i had with my whole experience was that my vehicle was poorly detailed upon delivery to me. I would strongly suggest to the management that they do something about the detail department. Ferman provides such an amazing buying experience but it does not do it justice to have it ruined by the lack of quality that was done in the detail of the vehicle before it was delivered to me. With saying that this is by no means am i giving the dealership a poor review, this was the one and only downside to my experience. More

Was told I had a three day or 150 mile satisfaction guarantee. Took the car back the next day then was told to come back tomorrow. So I did and then was told they wouldn’t take it back even though I me guarantee. Took the car back the next day then was told to come back tomorrow. So I did and then was told they wouldn’t take it back even though I met the return criteria. I was they would not honor it. It was even part of the contract. That seems like a breach of contract to me. More

wet carpet smells mildewed. Asked sales Manager to explain. He said dry it out tomorrow. I tried. The padding is soaked. The detailers used TOO MUCH WATER. I am considering returning the vehicle. It sat in the sun with all doors open all day yesterday. Still wet under carpet. After submitting the review the Furman Team fixed this issue and apologized several times. They loaned me a new car on the lot for the weekend so the detailers could do the job better. I am really pleased with the truck now. Good price and great service in the Used car sales group. Thank you Jon and KC. More
