Honesty and integrity are the first two attributes that come to mind and the relaxed, no pressure atmosphere is why this is the second vehicle I have purchased from them. My salesman, Adam Horowytz and the dealerships sales manager Chris Ceresi made this an excellent buying experience. Being fortunate enough to have been able to rent many Doug's and cars over the past two years, Chris Ceresi was aware of my intention to test drive any vehicle I hadn't driven previously. After my first stop looking at the Kia Sorrento, I was given a fantastic offer which I turned down because I wasn't finished with my search. 6 weeks later, Ford was my last stop, but Fette Ford was my 3rd Ford dealer. My wife and I walked out of several other dealer's knowing that we had been either blatantly lied to or unknowingly misinformed. Not here! Well that's enough rambling, BUY FROM FETTY! More
