Another Awesome Experience I took my 17 Elantra in to be serviced, Jonathan Simons approached me to talk about my car and if I was interested in purchasing a new one, I kind I took my 17 Elantra in to be serviced, Jonathan Simons approached me to talk about my car and if I was interested in purchasing a new one, I kind of laughed, I had been awake for quite sometime, I said you can try if it works out great and if it doesn't great...anyway long story short, I left with a 19 Elantra and an insanely lower interest rate.. quite honestly I didn't even believe Jonathan that purchasing the car was that painless. Thank you! Love my car.? More

Our experience was excellent We came in to get a new battery and as the car was being serviced we spoke to Jonathan. He originally helped us when we leased our vehicle and we ask for him so we could say HI. He took the time to discuss options with us as to the fact our lease was soon coming to an end. He never pressured us into getting a new vehicle, but explained all options available if we were interested. He was very helpful, and informative. He took as much time as was needed and never gave us the feeling that we were asking crazy questions. When we decided to purchase a new vehicle he took all the time needed to get us comfortable with all the options. He was very helpful and professional, and I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

They leave you on hold If my vehicle wasn't under warranty and it wasnt 4 blocks from my house I would never use this service center. They leave you on hold for 15+ mins, ov If my vehicle wasn't under warranty and it wasnt 4 blocks from my house I would never use this service center. They leave you on hold for 15+ mins, overbook themselves, and if your vehicle has any age to it a service sales rep will call and try to get you to trade by bullying you. Unethical, slow, and just plain sad. More

An unexpected event I brought my troubled vehicle in for service i wasnt happy with the vehicles performance since purchased and wound up trading it in for newer model i I brought my troubled vehicle in for service i wasnt happy with the vehicles performance since purchased and wound up trading it in for newer model i wasnt sure it would happen due to decrease in my credit score i was shocked to find myself leaving in a new vehicle however hyundai should of done better knowing the previous vehicle a tuson eco t1.6 had a problem with sluggishness and hesitation it was scarry to drive fearful of getting into an accident and should of given me a better deal with new vehicle purchased my payments should have at least been the same not more before was 443 a month at 8.3% now its 529 at 3.9% hows that a savings payments should of been less not more so now for the sake of being safe ill be struggling to pay more More

Won't take my car anywhere else Everyone in the service department is great. Shaun helps us everytime we go in there.
