This was my 4th Rogue from Suntrup and I was not disappointed! Started with texts and emails with Veronica Holliday and an appointment with Jonathan Stevens-who met me at the door. John did a terrif disappointed! Started with texts and emails with Veronica Holliday and an appointment with Jonathan Stevens-who met me at the door. John did a terrific job of explaining my options to me and helped me find the perfect fit for my WANTS and needs. He then introduced me to Jill Schellhase who walked me through the paperwork and made it seem so easy. John finished out the experience by transferring my belongings from my old car to my new one, he even hooked up my granddaughter’s car seat! I knew there were great reasons I returned to Suntrup. Thank you all. More

I do not typically leave reviews for any type of purchases I make. I came in looking to check a car out that had been on the website - my co-signer had a perk through work and maybe that was our fir purchases I make. I came in looking to check a car out that had been on the website - my co-signer had a perk through work and maybe that was our first mistake. Having browsed the work website to find the Nissan pathfinder we decided to go drive. When we arrived we asked for Johnathan as he is the one who was answering all our online inquiries. It started off great explaining how we ended up in the market for a car and then he even rode with us and explained all the features which we greatly appreciated as most dealers scan your id and hand you the keys. As the decision was made he did tell us before driving the car had not yet been maintenance or detailed as it had only been in their hands for 14 days and this is normal for them to post for potential buyers to get a first look. After talking it over we decided to move forward , the communication could have been better after this point. We then met with finance where it seemed the information for me and the co-signer were flipped around, not interested in making a deal before and finding out then that the vehicle comes with what it’s traded in with - 1 key. I found it odd this was mentioned before this moment, also when asked if the wheel paint would be touched up due to excessive scratching, we were told that’s cosmetic issues and they do not take care of those on used cars. I felt like the finance employee had better communicated and did his best to ease the frustration and communication gap. I have been without a car since April, I did need one but I am left questioning if I should have taken business else where. After signing and purchasing the car we knew it had to still be detailed and maintained (we have done this at other dealers and picked up the next day) however it was not until we were leaving hours later that we were told Service is not in Saturday, again seemed kind of sneaky and could’ve been said earlier in the purchasing process. Supposedly an employee did come in to get a jumpstart however as the purchaser of the car I was not receiving the updated phone calls and the co-signer is who they were contacting as this is odd to me not something we had experienced before. Monday afternoon rolls around still not ready needed to order out of stock tires and detail. Tuesday around lunch received a call still not ready but they did their best to make it right and add a second key for the inconvenience although when I finally was able to pick up the car on Wednesday everything seemed fine , although some of the paint sealant in some places seemed to be chipped and it looked like a rushed interior detail. There is still dirt and grime on the steering wheel buttons, and the whole back seat arm rest was not wiped out leaving the previous owners lipstick or nail polish, as well as dirt and grin under the seat where it can be flipped up or slid to enter third row. Yes they send out a form asking how everything was prior to me receiving my vehicle but after going almost a week after purchasing a car I did not have the time to have it sent back in for another detail. I expected a more premier experience from a Nissan dealer and after having this I will continue to shop around or go back to the dealer I have had great luck with and find a model that works for me. The timing of the purchase was also still a 4/5 hour timeframe when our last purchase was under 2, and this time we had prepped and had the financials already in place. I would not recommend Suntrup Nissan to a friend or family member. More

I first went to Nissian to speak with John John was amazing but his financial manager was very rude and condensing. We went over to special finance and Jeremiah helped me with everything.
