We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, delays, and lack of attention to detail during the delivery process. From the cleanliness of the vehicle to the communication around service availability and post-purchase updates, it should have been handled better. We also understand your frustration regarding the condition of the second key, cosmetic concerns, and the fact that the co-signer was receiving updates instead of you. Your feedback will be shared with our management team so that we can better train and improve on these points.
