They even hand washed my car after changing my tire. Without being prompted, they called roadside assistance to see if they could get my tire covered, and it was! I am so impressed with their customer service and commitment. You have earned a life-long customer in service. If your sales center is anything like your service department, I'll definitely be getting my next Kia from here as well! More

Once I mentioned a few other things he understood my concerns and said he would have the technicians take a look. He kept me update as to the progress and on what the technician came across. He informed me of the cost and I proceeded to have the work addressed. He updated me along the way and had me out the door in no time.
