Fantastic service! From start to finish, the service center at Fuccillo Kia in Wesley Chapel was top notch. From fitting me in their schedule when I got a flat tire, to From start to finish, the service center at Fuccillo Kia in Wesley Chapel was top notch. From fitting me in their schedule when I got a flat tire, to picking me up at my home to bring me back to the service center when the car was complete - it's like these guys have thought of everything. They even hand washed my car after changing my tire. Without being prompted, they called roadside assistance to see if they could get my tire covered, and it was! I am so impressed with their customer service and commitment. You have earned a life-long customer in service. If your sales center is anything like your service department, I'll definitely be getting my next Kia from here as well! More

Speedy service with a Great Price Brought my car in for its oil change service. Jonathan assisted me right away, asking if there was anything else that needed to be looked at. Once I m Brought my car in for its oil change service. Jonathan assisted me right away, asking if there was anything else that needed to be looked at. Once I mentioned a few other things he understood my concerns and said he would have the technicians take a look. He kept me update as to the progress and on what the technician came across. He informed me of the cost and I proceeded to have the work addressed. He updated me along the way and had me out the door in no time. Great friendly service that's reliable is hard to come by and I appreciate the service I get at Kia. Very pleased! More

The Service is great. The extended warranty they offer is ? The service team is great and they go out of their way to help you out. The warranty they offer is questionable seems certain things are only covered The service team is great and they go out of their way to help you out. The warranty they offer is questionable seems certain things are only covered in their bumper to bumper warranty. I have had the driver side firewall wheel fall off and not be covered by either the original warranty or the extended warranty. They have replaced the blower motor, switch, rest foot plate, and shifter knob under the warranty. So time will tell how serviceable are the warranties. More
